Both types of Hydra unit the ‘Zenith’ & ‘Horizon’ are perfectly suited to wider use as a mobile production pontoons for inland & inshore waters.

They provide aquatic support to a variety of industrial, scientific, surveying, search & interactive media applications. All of which require a reliable, safe & easy to use support platform for critical data & imaging equipment.

Each unit enables deploying imaging or data retrieval instruments below the waterline whilst supporting battery cells, antenna’s & electronic equipment above the water line.
The unit's small footprints, modular design & light weight is easy to use making deployment & retrieval easy & safe.
The units are constructed with components that require minimal maintenance, normally only a simple rinse off after use.

The Hydra Zenith unit also can be sunk & used as temporary support rigs for data & imaging equipment & instrumentation.
Adjusting the head height & legs individually allows a flat surface to be maintained whatever the bottom topography.
